Role Description The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s audit and assurance engagements, including statutory, internal, and tax audits under the supervision of senior professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing working papers, assisting in financial statement analysis, supporting tax computations and filings, and helping with documentation for regulatory and compliance requirements. The role also involves participating in client meetings, collecting and organizing financial data, and contributing to assignments relating to corporate laws, FEMA,



and advisory projects.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, offering practical exposure to diverse industries and professional development within a structured training environment.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or eligible for Articleship under ICAI, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in financial accounting, taxation (direct and indirect), and basic corporate law and FEMA-related concepts.
- Ability to work with MS Excel and other accounting software, with sound analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Capacity to learn quickly, follow professional ethics, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Prior internship or practical exposure in a CA firm or financial services environment is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and handle client assignments across different sectors.
