Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Noida.
The Articled
Assistant will support audit engagements, including statutory, tax, internal, and special-purpose audits across multiple jurisdictions, and assist with working papers, documentation, and report preparation. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting corporate and tax compliance filings, and assisting in GST, income tax, and international tax-related assignments. The role involves conducting research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, helping with ROC and FEMA documentation,
and coordinating with clients to obtain information and clarify queries.
The Articled
Assistant will also contribute to process documentation, data analysis, and maintenance of organized records while working closely with seniors and partners on live client projects.
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a CA student eligible for articleship under ICAI, with strong academic grounding in accounting, audit, and taxation.
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and working knowledge of Indian tax and GST provisions.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to research, interpret, and apply regulatory guidance related to corporate law, FEMA, and international tax/compliance.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data accurately under timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, notes, and reports, and for interacting with clients professionally.
- Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and willingness to learn from diverse domestic and international assignments.
- Capacity to work in a team-based environment, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to structured processes and documentation standards.
- Interest in cross-border taxation, global corporate compliance, and risk governance will be highly beneficial.
