Role Description The Article Trainee internship at Quick Taxperts is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The trainee will assist with company incorporation processes, preparation of documentation for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and Proprietorships, and support tax registration activities including GST.

Daily tasks may include collecting client information, drafting and reviewing forms, coordinating with internal teams and authorities, maintaining accurate records, and tracking application status. The role also involves supporting startup consulting engagements, assisting in bank loan documentation,



and learning how digital signatures and compliance workflows operate. Interns will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and gain exposure to practical aspects of business setup, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of business structures (Private Limited, LLP, Proprietorship) and interest in company incorporation and compliance.
- Interest in taxation and regulatory processes, including GST registration and other tax-related filings.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in forms and records.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work effectively under supervision.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Comfort with basic office software and online portals; willingness to work with digital signatures and e-filing systems.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in commerce, finance, accounting, law, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru for the duration of the internship.
