Role Description The ART DIRECTOR | COMMUNICATIONS DESIGN + BRAND IDENTITY role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. The individual in this role will lead visual concept development for campaigns and brand identity systems, translating strategic briefs into compelling design solutions across print, digital, and integrated media.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with copywriters, designers, and account teams, guiding the creative direction, creating and refining layouts and graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves presenting concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, providing clear visual guidelines, and overseeing execution quality from initial sketches through final artwork. The art director is expected to stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and effective communication design.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills, with the ability to lead visual concepts from idea to execution.
- Proficiency in Branding and Brand Identity development, including creating and maintaining visual systems and guidelines.
- Advanced capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics production, using industry-standard design software.
- Demonstrated experience in communications design for advertising, marketing, or media environments.
- Excellent portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand identity work, and thoughtful visual storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams,



manage feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

What You’ll Do

- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands and campaigns
- Create and evolve brand identities, visual languages and communication systems
- Work across branding, campaigns, digital, social, print and other communication touchpoints
- Translate brand strategy and briefs into strong, distinctive visual ideas
- Lead art direction from concept to final execution
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists and other creative teams
- Present creative concepts and confidently articulate the thinking behind the work
