Experience: 2–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, social, and integrated campaigns

Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives and campaign ideas

Create high-quality key visuals, layouts, presentations, and brand assets

Collaborate with Copywriters, Strategists, and Creative Leads to deliver impactful creative solutions

Ensure consistency in visual language, brand identity, and design excellence across all touchpoints

Guide and oversee creative execution from concept through final delivery

Stay updated on design trends, culture, and emerging creative formats

Requirements

2–8 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design,



or Creative Design roles

Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus

Experience working on integrated, digital-first, and social media campaigns

Robust typography, layout, branding, and design craft skills

Ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively

Prior advertising agency experience preferred

- Portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, and visual design is mandatory
