Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales and distribution of sauce and condiment products across the assigned area, managing distributors and retailers, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.

- Manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.

- Drive primary and secondary sales.

- Expand distribution and appoint new channel partners.

- Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales performance.

- Ensure product availability and adequate stock across the territory.

- Implement promotional schemes, trade activities, and product visibility initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.

- Track sales, collections, outstanding payments, and distributor performance.

- Identify recent market opportunities and increase product penetration.

- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations for timely product availability.

- Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular MIS reports.





- Train and guide sales representatives to achieve area targets.

Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of FMCG / Food Product Sales

- Experience in distributor and retailer management

- Good understanding of General Trade and Modern Trade

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

- Excellent communication and sales skills

- Target-oriented and result-driven approach

- Valuable market knowledge and territory planning skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred

- 4–8 years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales

- Experience as Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience handling sauces, ketchup, mayonnaise, spreads, condiments, spices, or other packaged food products

- Strong distributor and retailer network

- Experience handling General Trade, Contemporary Trade, and Institutional Sales is an added advantage

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
