- Area Sales Manager

- Manage and handle assigned franchisees and support them in achieving business objectives.

- Manage and guide Sales Executives and Sales Managers working under the franchisee.

- Guide the franchisee and sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with franchisees.

- Plan business growth strategies for upcoming months.

- Understand the company's sales process and ensure that the sales team follows it effectively.

- Monitor sales activities and provide regular guidance to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Franchisee Management

- Manage day-to-day activities of assigned franchisees.

- Build strong and long-term relationships with franchisees.

- Understand franchisee requirements and provide appropriate support.

- Guide franchisees to achieve their business and sales targets.

- Monitor franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.

Sales Team Management

- Handle Sales Executives and Sales Managers working under the franchisee.

- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

- Monitor team performance and sales activities.

- Ensure the sales team follows the prescribed sales process.





- Provide guidance and support to improve sales performance.

Business Growth & Planning

- Develop plans for business growth in upcoming months.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

- Support franchisees in developing their business.

- Monitor market and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Process Management

- Understand the company's sales process thoroughly.

- Train and guide the sales team to follow the defined process.

- Monitor the implementation of sales procedures.

- Ensure proper follow-up and execution of sales activities.
