AREA SALES MANAGER – SALES Company: Pullani Motors – Ashok Leyland LCV Dealership Territory: Mumbai Central, Western Mumbai, Vasai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Kalyan & Panvel Role Responsible for achieving LCV sales targets, increasing market share and leading the sales team across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities - Achieve monthly booking, retail and revenue targets.

- Lead, monitor and motivate Sales Executives.
- Drive daily field activity, enquiries and conversions.
- Develop retail, fleet, corporate and institutional customers.
- Identify new markets and improve Ashok Leyland LCV market share.
- Personally support the team in key customer negotiations and closures.
- Develop relationships with transporters, logistics companies, industries and commercial vehicle users.
- Coordinate with Finance, RTO, Insurance and Operations for timely deliveries.
- Track competitor pricing, schemes and market activities.
- Review daily pipeline: Enquiry → Booking → Finance → Retail → Delivery.
- Ensure CRM/DMS discipline and regular sales reporting.

Candidate

Profile - 5+ years preferred in Automobile / Commercial Vehicle / LCV Sales.
- Experience in team handling and field sales.




- Strong territory knowledge and customer network preferred.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and leadership skills. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
