- Visit clients (architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and end customers) to present Qulite's lighting product range and understand project requirements.
- Follow up on leads shared by architects and design partners, and build strong, ongoing relationships with the architect community as a consistent source of referrals.
- Respond to and qualify every lead promptly and professionally, whether generated through architect referrals, site visits, showroom walk-ins, or marketing campaigns — ensuring no lead goes cold.
- Engage with each prospect through site visits, product presentations, sample demonstrations, and technical discussions, addressing objections and clarifying specifications.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and drive deals to final closure, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately track leads, visits, follow-ups, and closures using the company's CRM/reporting system.
- Coordinate post-sale follow-through, of order execution, delivery timelines, and payment collection,



coordinating with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) as needed.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify recent architects, builders, and project leads, and represent Qulite Products at industry events, exhibitions, and site visits.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Head.
- Stay updated with competitor products, pricing, and market trends in the lighting industry to position Qulite effectively.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
