Maloo Finance is a used four-wheeler lending company. That's all we do — no personal loans, no gold, no cross-sell. We're small, we move fast, and decisions get made in a day, not a quarter.

We're now building our sales channel across Vidarbha from zero. We're looking for one person to own it.

What this role actually is

This is a role where you inherit a small team and no target sheet. There is a small team . There is small dealer network . There is no SOP yet.

You will build all three, and then run them.

- Map and onboard used car dealers, brokers, and DSAs across Nagpur and surrounding districts
- Hire, train, and manage a field sales team — starting with 2–3 people, growing as the numbers justify it
- Design the sales process from scratch: how a lead comes in, how it's followed up, how a file gets logged, what the sales person says at the dealership
- Build the incentive structure with the founder, test it, and change it when it doesn't work
- Own disbursement targets for your area — volume, ticket size, and quality of the book
- Work directly with the founder. No layers in between.

Who we're looking for

- 4+ years in vehicle finance sales — used car, recent car, CV,



or two-wheeler. Used car is a strong plus.
- Experience at an NBFC, bank, or DSA in a field sales or team-handling role
- You've onboarded dealers yourself and can name the ones you've worked with
- Comfortable with Nagpur and at least a few other Vidarbha districts — you know the geography and the market
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid licence — this is a field role
- Willing to work in an unstructured setup and create the structure yourself

Pay: ₹9,633.97 - ₹48,315.89 per month
