- Identify and appoint potential channel partners, distributors, dealers, and business associates across the assigned district.

- Generate leads through market mapping, field visits, referrals, networking, and competitor analysis.

- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective partners and explain the company’s products, commercial model, and partnership perks.

- Manage the end-to-end channel partner onboarding process, including lead generation, qualification, documentation, commercial discussions, negotiations, and activation.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to improve business performance and retention.

- Train and enable new partners on product knowledge, sales processes, pricing, CRM usage, and company policies.

- Set partner-wise business plans and sales targets and monitor performance against agreed objectives.

- Drive revenue growth through partner-generated business, upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.





- Support partners in generating leads, conducting customer meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

- Conduct regular partner visits, reviews, training sessions, and performance meetings.

- Identify gaps in partner performance and develop action plans to improve productivity and revenue.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and business opportunities within the district.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth partner operations.

- Maintain accurate records of partner activities, pipeline, sales performance, and onboarding status through CRM/MIS reports.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, partner acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
