Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business development across institutional and corporate clients. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and strengthening customer relationships to maximize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business with Institutional and Corporate clients.
- Achieve annual sales and margin targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Ensure customer retention and relationship management.
- Drive revenue growth through direct selling and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and business opportunities.
- Track collections and ensure timely payments from customers.




- Implement business development strategies across assigned territories.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth business operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Corporate Sales, or Corporate Gifting.
- Solid exposure to B2B sales and key account management.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
