Principal Accountabilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and address any challenges.

- Foster a positive and engaging work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Commercial business loans.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Prepare and execute action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

- Support Relationship Managers in acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Relationship Managers against set targets and KPIs.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, loan disbursements, and portfolio performance.





- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on performance analysis.

- Identify training needs and organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Provide ongoing coaching and support for Relationship Managers to help them achieve their goals.

- Ensure the team is well-versed with the company's products, policies, and procedures.

- Ensure all sales activities and loan processes comply with regulatory and company policies.

- Monitor the loan portfolio to minimize delinquency and default rates.

- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts to assess creditworthiness and financial health.

Qualifications

- Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
