Key Responsibilities:

- Drive retail sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop dealers, distributors, retailers and channel partners.
- Identify new dealers/outlets and expand market coverage across Thiruvananthapuram.
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers and retailers.
- Monitor primary & secondary sales, stock availability, collections and market movement.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor pricing, schemes and activities.

Candidate Profile:





- 5–8 years of experience in Building Materials / Plywood / Laminate / HPL / ACP / Doors / Windows / Hardware / Interior Products.
- Strong experience in retail and channel sales is mandatory.
- Good dealer/distributor network in Thiruvananthapuram will be an advantage.
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
