Responsibilities

- Achieve the monthly / annual targets of sales Distribution, Merchandising, Sales Budget, Receivables and New Product targets. Implement corrective measures.
- Responsible for channel partner management and Stock analysis & market Service
- Responsible for Top ARC-Management and Sales Growth
- Sales Target allotment & execution within team members by breaking down yearly targets into quarterly / monthly / weekly / daily
- SFA tracking on daily basis and track Performances as per company goals of Team
