We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Manage and follow up with existing clients
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and site visits
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the project and execution teams
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in real estate/construction
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong client-handling and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage
- Should be confident, responsible, and target-oriented
