We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting financial products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and other sources.
- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain suitable Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other financial products to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and leads.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure professional and customer-focused service.

Eligibility
- Qualification: SSC / Intermediate / Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with finance, banking, NBFC, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- For male candidates, a two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
