- Prepare collection plans and set targets for the respective area.
- Obtain and monitor daily collection commitments from Branch Collection Managers / Team Leads.
- Track branch-wise collection performance and drive achievement of targets including ED, NPA, etc.
- Monitor defaulter databases and ensure rigorous follow-up to prevent accounts from moving into subsequent buckets.
- Handle chronic and high-overdue customers through calls and personal visits.
- Drive achievement of revenue targets such as Cheque Bounce Charges (CBC), Additional Finance Charges, etc.
- Monitor NCL and guide branch teams to maintain roll rates, NPA, bucket provisions, and other parameters within budgeted limits.
- Support waiver requests within the defined empowerment matrix and escalate cases beyond authority to Regional/National Collections teams.
- Lead, guide and motivate branch collection teams to achieve business and collection objectives.
