- Manage end-to-end operations of approximately 6- 11 branches.
- Monitor and drive fee collection and outstanding recovery.
- Control student left-outs/dropouts and improve student retention.
- Drive customer/student/parent satisfaction and resolution of escalations.
- Ensure strict adherence to AESL processes, SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Monitor branch-level Accounts and financial processes.
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting through EDP/MIS.
- Monitor Counsellor productivity, follow-ups and enrolment performance.
- Manage and monitor Branch Admin teams and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and drive corrective action plans.
- Work closely with Academic, Sales, Finance, HR and other cross-functional teams.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, Business Administration or related fi eld is preferred.
Experience
- 8- 12 years of overall professional experience.
- 3 - 5+ years in Area Operations / Multi-Branch Operations.
- Experience managing 10+ branches will be an advantage.
- Candidates from Education, Test Preparation, Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Hospitality or other multi-location service industries may be considered.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams is preferred. Key Competencies
