Role Description The Area Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing property management operations within the assigned region. This role includes managing a portfolio of rental properties, leading local teams, and ensuring high service standards for both landlords and tenants. Day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring occupancy and rental performance, coordinating tenant onboarding and move-outs, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance activities.

The Area

Manager will collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes, implement operational improvements,



and uphold compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also includes reporting on key performance metrics, building relationships with property owners, and supporting the growth of Azuro’s presence in the Hyderabad market.

Qualifications

- Experience in property management, real estate operations, or related fields, with the ability to oversee multiple properties and teams.
- Strong people management, team leadership, and stakeholder relationship skills to coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal staff.
- Operational and analytical capabilities, including comfort with data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with technology and property management platforms; ability to adapt to new tools and workflows in a tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Knowledge of local Hyderabad real estate market and regulatory environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in office, manage field activities, and travel within the assigned area as needed.
