Looking for candidate with Freight Forwarding Background only

- In charge of the overall local Sales activity for the Respective Territory and attain expected sales results individually and along with the team.
- Responsible to lead the Sales team who would be responsible to develop the territory.
- To set parameters with performance levels for individual team members and to monitor them to attain the set standards.
- Create and nurture team spirit within the Sales team and with other team members of the Company.
- Drive the Sales team to create a Vibrant Brand Image of the Company and manifest with its Customers and other stakeholders in the day to day interaction with them.

- Achieve set targets and objectives for assigned trade lane. Any other task assigned by the management.

Preferred Candidate

- Positive knowledge of products and the global trade lanes
- Good knowledge of procurement and capacity management for air and ocean Profound knowledge markets trends and opportunities in various
