What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Area Head to lead our Direct Sales department, responsible for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of customer-centricity. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results. They will be accountable for setting sales targets, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Area Head will be the face of the department, representing the company in various stakeholder interactions.

What does the job entail?

Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Conducting sales performance reviews and providing feedback to team members.

Building and maintaining solid relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identifying new business opportunities and exploring partnerships to drive growth.

Managing sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance.





Coordinating sales promotions and events to drive sales and engagement.

Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
