We are looking for experienced Area Business Managers from reputed Indian/Foreign MNC Pharma companies with proven experience in handling ABM responsibilities and strong market performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Age: Below 35 years

Robust experience in ABM/First-Line Manager role

Proven track record of team handling, business growth & target achievement

Experience managing a sizable team and significant business volume

Strong market presence and customer/doctor relationship

Candidates from reputed Indian/Foreign MNC Pharma companies preferred

Relevant therapy experience in Urology | Nephrology | Cardio-Diabetic | Critical Care | Paediatrics | Oncology | CNS | Acute Care| General | Opthal





Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach and manage the field sales team

Drive primary/secondary sales and achieve business targets

Develop and execute territory/business plans

Ensure effective doctor/customer coverage and product promotion

Monitor team performance, productivity and market growth

Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Ensure effective implementation of company strategies and compliance
