Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in drawings
- Assist architects in the design process by drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Modify drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design teams
- Maintain organized records of drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation
- Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and gather data
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus
- 1 years of experience in architectural drafting preferred
- Robust knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
