We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Revit Modeller to join our Trivandrum team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit and architectural drafting and will collaborate with our senior architects, project teams, and consultants to develop high-quality design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Documentation
· Develop architectural designs in Revit under the guidance of senior architects or project leads.
· Prepare detailed construction drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) using Revit.
· Assist in creating 3D models, visualizations, and renderings for client and internal presentations.
· Ensure all Revit outputs adhere to project specifications, BIM standards, and industry codes.
Project Coordination
· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants within the Revit model.
· Maintain BIM model organization, including correct naming conventions, worksets, and templates.
· Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings
Team Collaboration
· Work closely with project architects and the design manager to resolve design and technical issues.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external collaborators about Revit workflows and design intent.
· Contribute to design meetings and assist in tracking project milestones.
Technical Proficiency & Standards
· Keep up-to-date with new Revit tools and productivity enhancements.
· Help maintain and implement office-wide BIM standards and best practices.
· Occasionally assist with mentoring interns or junior team members on Revit workflows.
General Responsibilities
· Conduct occasional site visits or virtual inspections to align models with actual site conditions.
· Assist in compiling submission sets for planning and building permit processes.
· Support project development from concept through construction documentation and, when required, during construction.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Must be based in Trivandrum or willing to relocate.
· Own laptop with Revit and necessary plugins installed.
· Strong proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of AutoCAD and other tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
· 1–3 years of experience working on architecture or interior design projects using Revit.
· Positive understanding of construction methods and project coordination.
