Role Description This full-time Architect role is an on-site position based in Kalyan. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and plans, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

Daily tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, reviewing construction progress, and updating designs as needed to address site conditions and client feedback. The role also involves integrating functional, aesthetic, and cost considerations, preparing detailed documentation, and participating in client meetings and design reviews.



The Architect will support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in developing building concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Knowledge of Integration between architectural plans and structural, MEP, and interior design requirements.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress across multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Maharashtra.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in office and manage time well.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate projects in India is preferred.
