Job Summary:

Architects design buildings and other structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. They work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams throughout the design and construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Design Development: Create architectural designs that meet client specifications and project requirements.

Ø Project Planning: Develop and oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones.

Ø Technical Drawings: Produce detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

Ø Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Ø Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their needs, present design ideas, and make revisions based on feedback.

Ø Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, interior designers, and construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

Ø Site Visits: Conduct site assessments to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Ø Sustainability Practices:



Incorporate sustainable design principles and materials to minimize environmental impact.

Ø Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design technologies.

Qualifications:

Ø Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.

Ø Licensure: Professional licensure as an architect (typically requires passing the Architect Registration Examination).

Ø Experience: Relevant experience in architectural design, project management, and client interaction.

Ø Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Work Setting:

Architects typically work in an office setting but may also spend time on construction sites. They often work full-time, with some overtime required to meet project deadlines.

Minimum 5 - 8 Years Experience

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
