Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Kalyan. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and ensuring that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, reviewing site conditions, and making design adjustments as needed.

The role involves overseeing design documentation, supporting approvals and compliance processes, and monitoring implementation to ensure alignment with design intent. The Architect will also collaborate on project planning, timelines,



and resource coordination to support successful delivery of real estate projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create practical and innovative design solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination of timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Understanding of Integration between architectural plans and related engineering, structural, and services inputs.
- Basic familiarity with Software Development or design-related software workflows, especially as they relate to BIM, CAD, or other digital tools.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and ability to produce detailed drawings and visualizations.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes relevant to Kalyan and Maharashtra.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse teams.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution; relevant professional registration or licensure is an advantage.
