Following passionate and creative personnel who have robust written and verbal communication and computer proficiency are required:

Qualification : B. Arch/ M. Arch.

Experience : 7 to 10 years’ experience in planning, designing, working drawing and coordination of large-scale projects with high-rise residential building, commercial building, amenities like school, hospital, art & craft center, dance & drama theatre etc.



The candidate should have a very high caliber of architecture excellence and should be familiar with the provisions of DCPR of Mumbai and UDCPR of Maharashtra.

Candidate should be familiar with the process of statutory approvals, NOCs required for the project .

Candidate should have good knowledge of the softwares like AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp etc. Candidate having knowledge of Rhinoceros and Grasshopper parametric design software will be given preference.
