Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts and detailed drawings, preparing 2D and 3D design presentations, and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, participating in site visits and inspections, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and documentation.

The Architect will contribute to interior and landscape design inputs as needed,



assist in resolving technical and design issues during construction, and help maintain design quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The position requires active participation in design reviews, continuous improvement of design processes, and contribution to a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Integration and coordination across structural, MEP, interior, and landscape disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk identification, and collaboration with contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Understanding of local building codes, regulations, sustainability practices, and construction methodologies relevant to projects in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or design-build environment; exposure to residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is beneficial.
