Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs for residential and commercial projects, including space planning, elevations, and interior layouts aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and ensuring design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

The role also involves reviewing construction progress, conducting site visits, and collaborating with contractors to resolve design and execution issues. The Architect will participate in project planning,



documentation, and client meetings to present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain design quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic spaces.
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and overseeing design execution on site.
- Familiarity with Integration of design with structural, MEP, and interior work to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Practical exposure to relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent accredited qualification; professional registration is an advantage.
- Strong visualization, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to building codes and safety standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment in Hyderabad.
- Experience in interior design or construction project coordination is a plus.
