International Architectural Practice | Design • BIM • Revit • AI An established international architectural practice is seeking a talented and technically strong Architect to join its Mumbai studio.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent recognised architectural qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate professional experience.
- Candidates with international project experience will be strongly preferred.
- GCC / Middle East experience is highly desirable
- Experience in an international architectural practice and on large-scale, complex, multidisciplinary projects will be an advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Architect / Associate on projects from concept design through design development and technical delivery.
- Develop architectural designs and documentation in Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare presentations, design reports, diagrams, SketchUp models, visualisations and material boards.
- Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, interiors, landscape and specialist consultants.
- Prepare and review working drawings, details, schedules and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with international project teams and contribute to multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Assist in resolving design and technical issues and ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Revit / BIM Expertise – Essential
- Advanced Autodesk Revit skills with proven experience on large-scale projects.
- Robust understanding of BIM workflows, modelling, documentation and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 is desirable.
AI & Digital Skills The practice is actively integrating AI and emerging digital technologies into architectural workflows. Candidates with practical experience in AI-assisted design, image generation, visualisation, rendering, design research, documentation or workflow automation will be strongly preferred.
Software
Advanced Revit is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office required. Knowledge of Navisworks, Enscape, Twinmotion, AI design/visualisation tools and computational/generative design will be an advantage.
Key Attributes
Strong design and technical ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, analytical and problem-solving capability, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate the combination of:
International Project Experience + GCC Exposure + Advanced Revit/BIM + AI/Digital Skills.
