Architect – Residential Construction

GK Infra And Developers is a growing construction company focused on residential construction and redevelopment projects in Pune. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Architect who can independently handle architectural planning, 2D/3D design, working drawings and coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare residential 2D floor plans and architectural layouts
- Develop 3D exterior elevations and realistic visualizations
- Prepare detailed working drawings, sections and elevations
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical designs
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers and contractors
- Conduct site visits and coordinate design execution
- Handle design modifications and client revisions
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical and suitable for construction
- Assist with material selection and basic estimation/BOQ understanding
- Understand and apply basic building regulations, FSI, setbacks and parking requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions

Required SkillsMust Have
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good command over 2D residential planning
- Strong 3D elevation designing skills
- Knowledge of working drawings
- Good understanding of residential construction
- Basic knowledge of FSI, setbacks, parking and building regulations
- Ability to understand site conditions and coordinate with execution teams
- Good communication and client-handling skills




- Ability to work independently and take design decisions

Preferred Skills
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape / D5
- Revit
- Site execution experience
- Basic knowledge of RCC, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical coordination

Candidate Profile We are looking for an Architect who is not limited to only preparing drawings but can take ownership of a project from site understanding → planning → 2D design → 3D elevation → working drawings → client coordination → site execution support.

Candidates with a strong portfolio of residential projects, 2D plans, 3D elevations and working drawings will be preferred.

Qualification

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / relevant qualification
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in residential architecture/construction
- Strong portfolio is preferred
