Position Summary

We are seeking an Architect to join our Dharwad office for a large-scale architectural project. Based at the project site, this role serves as the primary coordination link with the Design Team, offering hands-on exposure across institutional, office, and residential typologies.

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary coordination link between the project site and the HCP Design Team.

- Coordinate with the HCP Design Team to resolve design queries, clarifications, and site-related issues promptly.

- Review architectural and finishes-related work at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and advisors to facilitate smooth project execution.

- Monitor site progress and proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve design and implementation issues.

- Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of drawings, specifications, and design requirements at site.

- Participate in site inspections, meetings, and reviews, and provide regular updates to the Design Team.

- Maintain records of design queries, revisions, approvals,



and site observations.

- Review GFC and shop drawings, specifications, and samples; monitor construction quality and methodology; review RA bills; and maintain RFI, TDS, MOM, and site documentation.

- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design ideas and site status effectively.

- Comply with applicable building regulations, codes, standards, and project timelines.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required)

Experience

- 3–5 years in an architectural practice

Skills (Mandatory)

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details.

- Robust coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Kannada.

- Ability to work collaboratively with design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office.

Skills (Preferred)

- Familiarity with ArchiCAD.

- Working knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
