Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our operations by preparing accurate and competitive estimates for doors and windows supplied to villas and apartments across California and several other states in US. The Estimator will work closely with clients, study their inputs, and deliver tailored solutions that balance budget requirements with company recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

· Review and analyse client inputs, architectural drawings, and specifications for doors and windows.

· Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure estimates meet both client expectations and company standards.

· Present estimates clearly,



highlighting differences between budget and recommended options.

· Upon approval, use specialized client-specified software to create shop drawings for production and installation.

· Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and approvals.

· Stay updated on industry standards, California building codes, and product specifications.

· Support continuous improvement by providing feedback on estimating processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

· Proven experience in estimating within the doors, windows, or construction materials industry.

· Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes (California preferred).

· Proficiency in specialized estimating and CAD/shop drawing software (client-specified platforms).

· Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under tight deadlines.

· Robust attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
