We are looking for an experienced Architect with 8 to 15 years of professional experience, capable of independently managing architectural projects from concept design to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle residential building design and execution

- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects including site analysis, development potential, and regulatory compliance

- Develop design concepts with a robust understanding of construction detailing and materials

- Prepare and deliver design presentations for internal and external stakeholders

- Review and coordinate working drawings

- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and management

- Lead project teams and ensure adherence to timelines

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong design and technical capabilities

- Practical understanding of construction methods and materials

- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD (Mandatory)

- SketchUp

- Revit (Added advantage)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
