Overview The role is responsible for supporting the Project Incharge in the design development and successful delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring design quality, timely completion, technical coordination, and effective communication across project teams. The position will contribute to design decisions, preparation of construction drawings, site coordination, and team development while acting as a key communication point in the absence of the Project Incharge.

Responsibilities

- - Main responsibility includes involvement in the design process while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame.
- - Assist in executing the project design, construction details and managing issues on site collectively and with the team members.
- - Prepare 'positive for construction' drawing sets with co-ordination with team members.
- - Assist the Project Incharge/Associate in inculcating design awareness and design culture in the team
- - In absence of Project Incharge maintain communication links between the team and others like (‘Liaison’, ‘Client/ Consultant’, ‘Lead Director/ Associate’ )
- - Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Architects and other team members




- - In absence of Project Incharge - second point of contact for all communication between the Associates and Directors
- - Undertake day to day administrative duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems
- - Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
- - Use company resources in a responsible manner
- - Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and targets
- - Attend regular training sessions and apply the gained knowledge

Requirements

- - Excellent design skills and CAD skills.
- - Experience in handling large scale Projects.
- - Excellent communication skills.
- - Keen attention to detail
- - Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team and other departments at VK:u
- - Experience is working individually and within a team.
- - Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- - Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity.
- - Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.
- - able to work on deadlines and under pressure.
