Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will collaborate with designers, AI specialists, and clients to develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for commercial interiors, ensuring alignment with project requirements, brand guidelines, and functional objectives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing architectural plans, coordinating structural and MEP aspects with consultants,



and integrating AI-driven insights into space planning and design decisions. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing design implementation in office to maintain quality and compliance with relevant codes and standards. The Architect will also contribute to design reviews, support continuous improvement of AirBrick’s AI-enabled workflows, and prepare documentation and presentations for client meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in commercial interior projects.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of architectural solutions with AI-driven tools and workflows.
- Understanding of Software Development concepts sufficient to work effectively with technical teams on design-related features.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainability principles relevant to commercial spaces.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
