? Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller. As part of our RCM team, the AR Caller will be responsible for contacting US-based insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, resolve denials, and secure timely payments. The role demands effective communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and a commitment to meeting performance targets. This is a night shift role aligned with US working hours.

- Any bachelor’s degree

? Skills Required

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (US client communication)
- Proven experience in direct US client handling and client calls
- Solid knowledge of AR Calling, Denial Management, and Claim Follow-up
- Ability to analyze EOBs, insurance denials, and claim status
- Good understanding of US healthcare, medical billing, and RCM processes
- Experience handling aging AR, high-dollar claims, and payer follow-ups
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and client escalation skills
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 codes and US healthcare compliance policies
- Familiarity with insurance portals, AR tools, and reporting/MIS
