Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and issue student fee invoices, receipts, and statements.

- Track and monitor outstanding dues and follow up with students/parents for timely collection.

- Record, reconcile, and update all student payments in the accounting/ERP system.

- Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments to resolve billing or payment-related queries.

- Prepare periodic reports on receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.

- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accounting standards.

- Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents.

- Handle fee-related escalations and provide accurate information in a skilled manner.

- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts receivable records.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (experience in the education sector preferred).
