- Schedule and coordinate interviews with line/hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and stakeholders.
1. Adaptability to Recruitment Tools:
- Stay updated and adapt to new recruitment tools, technologies, and creative hiring methods.
1. Candidate Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including those in process, on hold, rejected, or selected.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
