About the Role The team: The Talent Acquisition team at OSTTRA is dedicated to attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent to drive our global business forward. As a collaborative and fast-paced team, we partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers across regions to deliver a seamless candidate experience and strategic hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities and impact:

- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across various departments.
- Maintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high data accuracy.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a responsive point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Help execute early-career recruitment initiatives, campus outreach, and employer branding events.
- Support recruiting metrics reporting and research industry trends to optimize talent acquisition processes.
- Gain hands-on exposure to global hiring practices, talent pipelines, and cross-functional HR operations.

What we’re looking for

Fundamental requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foundational education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.




- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a rapid-moving team environment.

Additional preferred requirements:

- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-first attitude.
