Role Description This is a full-time, in office Aptitude Trainer | Semester Training Project role based in Chennai. The trainer will deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to learners over the course of a semester.

Responsibilities include planning lesson schedules, creating and refining training materials, conducting assessments, and providing individual feedback to help learners improve performance. The role also involves collaborating with academic coordinators, maintaining training records, addressing learner queries, and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment.



The trainer may interact with corporate clients or institutional partners to align training content with industry expectations and support learner career readiness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and Teaching skills for delivering structured aptitude sessions and facilitating classroom learning.
- Candidates should possess Sales and relationship-building skills to support program promotion and learner enrollment when required.
- Strong aptitude in quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience as an aptitude trainer, corporate trainer, or educator, preferably in semester-long or campus training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Engineering, Mathematics, Management, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics, use training technology tools, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner groups.
- Professional, inclusive approach to working with learners from different backgrounds and a commitment to continuous self-development.
