About The Role

You'll build Vikasit Sarkar, the system that helps government officials draft tenders, policies, and letters in 22 Indian languages, grounded in their own departmental knowledge. Equal parts applied AI, data engineering, and on-the-ground deployment.

What you'll do

- —Build knowledge-grounded drafting systems for government workflows
- —Work with departments to capture rules, precedents, and document formats
- —Ship multilingual (Marathi, Hindi, English+) experiences that officials trust
- —Own pilots end to end — from data to deployment to feedback

What we're looking for
- —Applied ML / LLM application engineering in production
- —Solid Python and data-pipeline skills
- —Comfort working with non-technical stakeholders and messy real-world data

Nice to have
- —Indian-language NLP
- —GovTech or regulated-industry experience
- —Marathi/Hindi fluency
