Peripheri maps the AI stack companies are building with, and watches it for what changes next. We're already working with 20+ companies across AI infrastructure, turning technology adoption into signals GTM teams can act on, so they know exactly who to reach out to, and when.

The role

You'll help design, test, and refine the AI systems behind our technology intelligence and adoption signals. Working closely with product, data, and engineering, you'll define evaluation criteria, build test datasets, and run experiments to check how accurate and reliable our models actually are.

Day to day - analyzing model outputs, hunting for edge cases, proposing fixes that improve signal quality, researching evaluation best practices, documenting methodology, and helping build internal tools for measurement and monitoring. This role exists to make sure what we tell customers is actually true.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in machine learning and applied AI, including model evaluation, metrics,



and experimentation workflows
- Proficient in Python and common data/ML libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Comfortable with data analysis and statistical reasoning: cleaning datasets, interpreting results, communicating findings clearly
- Familiar with version control (Git), reproducible research, and collaborative dev workflows
- Can research, synthesize, and document evaluation methodology, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Curious about the AI agent ecosystem, developer tools, and infrastructure technologies
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, or related field
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first startup, with solid written communication given a distributed teams.
