As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves acting as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that our world-class systems operate smoothly.

Your role will require you to leverage your exceptional communication skills to address client issues effectively, utilizing your deep product knowledge to design and implement appropriate resolutions. You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and support,



ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout your daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track client interactions and resolutions to enhance service quality.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MySQL Database Administration.
- Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies for MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization.
- Knowledge of security best practices for database administration.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
