- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, phone, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients related to our applications and software products.
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Have good knowledge of POS terminals Card, BQR and UPI transactions.
- Ensure applications are working seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL,PostgreSQL and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
