The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address support requests efficiently.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.
- Familiarity with incident management and service request processes.
- Capability to document issues and resolutions clearly for future reference and continuous improvement.





Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
