Role Description The Application Specialist will provide end-to-end support for business applications, ensuring they run smoothly and meet user needs in an on-site role based in Gurugram. This full-time position involves monitoring application performance, investigating issues, and resolving incidents through effective troubleshooting and technical support.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements, document solutions, and assist in configuration and maintenance of applications. Daily tasks include responding to support requests, identifying root causes of recurring problems, suggesting improvements,



and clearly communicating updates and guidance to users. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of support activities and contributing to knowledge base documentation to improve service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret issues, assess impact, and propose effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess application support experience, including configuration, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Candidates should possess troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose problems and implement fixes efficiently.
