Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide L1/L2 application support to resolve customer issues related to software applications.

- Troubleshoot complex technical problems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Kafka, Kubernetes, Linux etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues (RCA) and implement solutions.

- Monitor production systems using PagerDuty for alerts and notifications.

Job Requirements :

- 3-5 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support role.

- Robust understanding of Microsoft Azure environment and ability to work on Windows/Linux platforms.

- Proficiency in ticketing tools such as TIER or similar platforms.

Experience in AKS/Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka and Linux MANDATORY.
